Anton Juan with characteristic daring, decides that The Three Sisters  be done in intimate arena theatre.   With the cruciform as the basic configuration, two opposite ends served as entrance and exit for the players as well as the audience!     The abbreviated architectural features were pasted with layers of paper as were the furniture and other setting props.  Everything was rendered in varying shades of white transforming the setting into a kind of impression, highlighting the nuances of the text and the performances.
